We are looking for a **Team Leader, Style** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will lead and support the Stylists and Floor Attendants team, ensuring the presentation and readiness of guest rooms and assigned areas. You will foster a high-performance team culture and ensure consistent service in line with W Brand Standards and luxury hospitality principles, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Organize and assign daily tasks based on operational needs and guest requests.
-   Coordinate cleaning schedules for public areas and assigned departments.
-   Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas for cleanliness, maintenance and operational readiness.
-   Keep Front Office updated on room status and report maintenance issues to Engineering.
-   Monitor compliance with W Brand Standards, SOPs, company policies and Health & Safety requirements.
-   Manage supplies, inventories and Lost & Found procedures, ensuring accurate records and effective cost control.
-   Train, coach and evaluate the team while supporting guest preferences, special requests and service recovery.

## Requirements

-   Two-year IEK or technical school diploma.
-   4 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel of a similar category.
-   Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations and guest room care.
-   Good knowledge of Opera PMS, GXP and MGS.
-   Good command of English.
-   Strong leadership, delegation, coaching and team development skills.
-   Guest-focused and proactive, with strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
