The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, is seeking a Butler to make an impact on this job. The successful candidate will create memorable stays for our Ionian Exclusive guests by being actively engaged in the onsite guest experience. Impeccably mannered and discreet, butlers are available to satisfy our Ionian Exclusive guests’ needs throughout their stay.

**Responsibilities**

-   Prepare the suites/villas and make sure that all guest requests / preferences/ requested items as noted in the prearrival contact are fulfilled.
-   Greet and interact with suite/villas guests upon arrival. Escort guests to rooms. Offer and explain butler service.
-   Deliver to each suite/villa refreshing amenities, on a daily basis. Provide F&B services to guests in suites/villas.
-   Assist with departure plans the day prior to departure and assist guests accordingly. In charge of packing and unpacking of guest’s belongings.
-   Assist with maintaining and updating current guest files, specifically targeting guest preferences, stay patterns and personal profiles. Use data to create tailor made experiences.
-   Direct, coach, support and supervise runners/trainees. Ensure that each person under supervision reports to their assignment on time and according to job description manual.
-   Anticipate and attend courteously, timely and with discretion to guest needs. Resolve any complaints or issues.
-   Act as a concierge regarding guests’ daily arrangements. Knowledge of menus, facilities, activities etc. Arrange and perform transfers in the resort.
-   Adhere and maintain all etiquette protocol, always offering safe and courteous service.
-   Communicate all guest requests to relevant departments or operators, timely and accurately.
-   Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times. Guide and encourage team to do the same.
-   Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news.

## Requirements

-   High school Diploma
-   Ability to speak, write and converse fluently in Greek and English. Additional languages are a plus.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills
-   Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparation.
-   Must possess a strong desire to provide extraordinary guest service.
-   Ability to operate hotel systems & other software programs (computer skills)
-   Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations / work under pressure and under supervision
-   Negotiation / Upselling skills / Telephone skills
