The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

Costa Navarino is looking for a Room Service Team Leader. The selected candidate will ensure guests' and associates’ satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. They will assist with daily operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution.

**Responsibilities**

-   Ensure teamwork and efficient collaboration, in order to maximize guest satisfaction and increase profit contribution. Build good working relations with other departments and empower team to do the same.
-   Support management with training and ensure that all associates can perform their jobs effectively.
-   Complete opening and closing duties in the IRD department, in a timely and efficient manner.
-   Conduct daily briefings with associates, passing on operational information, and delegate tasks accordingly.
-   Inspect storage areas to ensure organization and use of FIFO. Perform M.C. orders according to operational needs and department’s objectives.
-   Ensure hygiene standards are maintained within the department and all equipment is in proper condition. Verify all orders served to guests in a timely manner and are of highest quality in terms of presentation, according to brand standards. Notify guests of delays in delivery service.
-   Communicate allergies, dietary and special requests to the kitchen. Have excellent menu knowledge and assist in daily operations when necessary.
-   Ensure delivery of amenities and VIP gifts, as well as correct minibar cleaning, refilling, and charging procedures are followed.
-   Handle guest complaints, provide immediate solutions and receive follow-up feedback, while updating GXP system.
-   Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times. Guide and encourage team to do the same.
-   Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news.

## Requirements

-   Previous relevant experience preferred

-   Associate degree (IEK) or a two-year technical certification.
-   Proficient in English and Greek, both spoken and written.
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
-   Proficient in hotel management systems, such as Opera, Micros, and FMC.
-   Advanced software and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
-   Knowledgeable in HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
-   Capable of analyzing Profit and Loss statements and interpreting Banquet Event Orders.
-   Well-versed in room orientation and comprehensive knowledge of the resort.
-   Valid driving license.
