The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and service-oriented professional to support our business unit operations, based at our Athens HQ offices. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and a high-performing team in a dynamic, international environment where every contribution matters. **Responsibilities**

**Office Management**

-   Provide executive secretarial support to the Head of the Business Unit, ensuring smooth daily operations.
-   Manage office administration, including organization of digital and physical filing systems.
-   Handle procurement processes in SAP, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract approvals in line with internal procedures.
-   Support financial administration, including invoice processing and liaison with the Accounting Department.
-   Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and expense management.

**Client and Team Communication**

-   Manage client communications professionally and promptly.
-   Assist in preparing documentation and materials as requested.
-   Assist team members with email campaigns, meetings, open houses and relevant material preparation.

**Documentation and Reporting**

-   Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and other documents as requested.
-   Coordinate contracts and relevant paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-   Manage and maintain the department’s templates database, including document control and workflow digitization.

**Sales and Marketing Support**

-   Track sales leads and maintain CRM records and updates.

-   Maintain BU databases with contact details.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
-   Proven experience in an administrative and business support role.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
-   High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Proficiency in MS Office.
-   Fluency in Greek and English.
