We are looking for a **Head Concierge** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will lead the Concierge team and oversee daily operations, ensuring personalized and exceptional service while coordinating guest requests, local experiences, transportation and special arrangements.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Coordinate and lead the Concierge team, delegate daily tasks and ensure continuous desk coverage.
-   Oversee daily Concierge operations, ensuring smooth communication and handover between shifts.
-   Maintain full awareness of the hotel’s daily operations, functions, events, VIPs and group arrivals.
-   Support the training, coaching and performance development of Concierge team members.
-   Ensure the team has excellent knowledge of the hotel, room types, local area, history, traditions and culture.
-   Create memorable and personalized guest experiences by recommending unique places, activities and local experiences.
-   Arrange reservations for restaurants, private yacht cruises, golf lessons, transportation and other guest requests.
-   Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
-   Provide check-in and check-out assistance when required and support the Front Office team.
-   Prepare and maintain daily operational documentation and records.
-   Deliver exceptional, authentic service while carrying out any additional duties assigned by management.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, with experience in Front Office and Concierge operations. Five-star experience is an advantage.
-   A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Greek and an additional language is an advantage.
-   Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a positive and motivating approach.
-   Good knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office.
