We are looking for a **Host/Hostess** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will manage the guest arrival and seating experience, support restaurant reservations and service flow, and provide warm, timely and professional assistance throughout the guest journey.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare daily reservation lists and allocate tables according to outlet needs.
-   Welcome and seat guests, providing accurate information about the outlet, menus and hotel services.
-   Manage guest flow and waiting times, providing timely and appropriate solutions during busy periods.
-   Maintain accurate guest and reservation information in designated systems and complete opening, closing and handover duties.
-   Respond to guest enquiries and concerns while supporting selling and upselling through strong menu and product knowledge.
-   Communicate allergies, dietary requirements and special requests clearly to Restaurant and Culinary teams.
-   Maintain a clean and organized reception area and follow company policies, Brand Standards and Health & Safety requirements.

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma. Hospitality studies are an advantage.

-   Previous experience in restaurant hosting, reservations or guest service is preferred.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-   Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused and service-oriented approach.
-   Knowledge of restaurant reservation and point-of-sale systems.
-   Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with excellent attention to detail.
-   Effective teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
-   Ability to remain calm, professional and effective during busy periods.
-   Flexibility to work varying shifts according to operational needs.
