We are looking for an Attendant, Pool/Beachto join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will ensure that pool and beach areas remain clean, organized and guest-ready while providing attentive and proactive service to our guests.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Ensure pool and beach areas remain clean, organized and guest-ready throughout the day.
-   Maintain sufficient towel stock, distribute clean towels and collect used towels across assigned areas.
-   Monitor guest needs proactively and help whenever required.
-   Maintain the proper setup and presentation of sunbeds, tables and surrounding areas.
-   Assist guests with requests promptly and professionally, contributing to a positive and personalized experience.
-   Support opening and closing procedures, outlet operations and amenity delivery as required.
-   Follow company policies, SOPs, Health & Safety requirements and Brand Standards.

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma.
-   Good verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, organization and presentation.
-   Excellent guest service skills and ability to anticipate guest needs.
-   Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
-   Multitasking skills and adaptability to changing operational requirements.
-   Flexibility and willingness to support operational needs.
