## Description

The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

The award-winning The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino are seeking for a **Tennis Coach**. 

**Duties & Responsibilities :**

-   Deliver a quality and fun coaching program to both adults and children of all abilities.
-   Ensure health and safety to the highest standard both on and off the courts.
-   Present a professional appearance and attitude and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
-   Promote the tennis program and tennis events actively aim to increase participation (marketing actions)
-   Help organize and host social events and generally interact with guests at all times.
-   Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests.
-   Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by the Tennis Operation Manager / Head Coach.
-   Teach and convey values of sport.

## Requirements

-   Open to become expert of Mouratoglou Academy coaching methodology & philosophy.
-   Educated to degree level, will be considered a plus: track record and sporting results - National Ranking - International Ranking (ITF, ATP)
-   International Certification as a tennis coach. (PTR - LTA or equivalent)
-   Strong playing skills and at least 3 years’ experience needed.
-   Speak English fluently (any other language will be considered a plus)
-   Excellent teaching and communication skills.
-   High level of energy and ability to motivate players
-   Ability to maintain good relations with guests, members, and fellow coaches.
-   Strong organizational skills and time-management skills.
-   Desire to work hard and strive to become a better tennis coach and professional.
