We are looking for a **Public Cleaner** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas across the Resort, ensuring they are clean, welcoming and ready for guests. You will work in line with W Brand Standards, Health & Safety requirements and daily operational needs.

### Responsibilities

-   Clean and maintain public areas and F&B outlets according to W Brand Standards.
-   Monitor public areas throughout the shift and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
-   Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
-   Report maintenance issues, damages and other concerns that may affect the guest experience.
-   Keep cleaning equipment, storage areas and carts clean, organized and adequately stocked.
-   Handle Lost & Found items according to company procedures.
-   Support VIP arrivals, special events and daily hotel operations, following all Health & Safety procedures and required training.

## Requirements

-   Basic education.
-   1 year of experience in a four- or five-star hotel.
-   Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hotel equipment.
-   Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling.
-   Basic knowledge of English.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
-   Guest-focused, professional and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
