We are looking for a **Villas Trainee** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will create memorable stays for our Ionian Exclusive guests by providing attentive, discreet and personalized service throughout their stay, anticipating and responding to their needs with impeccable hospitality.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Assist with preparing suites and villas and fulfilling guest requests before arrival.
-   Support the team in anticipating and responding to guest needs.
-   Assist with daily amenities and Food & Beverage service in suites and villas.
-   Support departure arrangements and assist with guest belongings when required.
-   Learn about Resort facilities, activities and guest services, and assist with Resort transfers.
-   Communicate guest requests to the relevant departments and follow up as instructed.
-   Follow hotel etiquette, Health & Safety rules, Hotel Policies, SOPs and Brand Standards, and attend required training.

## Requirements

-   Student or graduate of an IEK or a two-year technical program, preferably in Hospitality or a related field.
-   Good command of Greek and English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Good communication and guest service skills.
-   Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
-   Positive, warm and professional approach towards guests.
