We are looking for a **Trainee, Whatever/Whenever** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Whatever/Whenever team in delivering personalized guest service while gaining hands-on experience in Concierge and Call Center operations within a luxury hospitality environment.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Handle guest calls, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
-   Monitor unanswered calls, follow up with guests and take messages when needed.
-   Respond to special requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
-   Provide concierge services and personalized local recommendations.
-   Arrange dining, excursions, tours and transportation reservations.
-   Follow up to ensure guest requests are resolved to their satisfaction.
-   Coordinate the delivery of lost and found items.

## Requirements

-   Currently studying at a Tourism School or holding a relevant degree/certification in Tourism or Hospitality.
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-   Fluency in English.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong team player.
