We are looking for a **Coordinator, Summer Sports Camp** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will coordinate the daily operation of the Summer Sports Camp, ensuring a safe, engaging and enjoyable experience for all participating children. You will oversee sports activities, coordinate with parents and coaches, and ensure the smooth operation of the camp within the resort.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Coordinate the daily operation of the Summer Sports Camp, ensuring the smooth delivery of the sports schedule and planned activities.
-   Coordinate children, parents, coaches, facilities and activity locations throughout the day.
-   Welcome children and parents, providing clear information on schedules, activities and procedures.
-   Maintain accurate registrations and attendance records, ensuring proper supervision of arrivals, activity transitions and departures.
-   Ensure children’s safety and well-being throughout all camp activities.
-   Coordinate with coaches and instructors to ensure activities are delivered safely, professionally and according to schedule.
-   Organize sports activities, including tennis, padel, golf, basketball, football, swimming, water polo, archery, indoor climbing and bowling.
-   Prepare sports areas, equipment and materials, coordinating with hotel departments and external partners as required.
-   Monitor weather and operational conditions, arranging alternative activities when necessary.
-   Address operational issues proactively, communicate changes to parents and support the continuous improvement of the camp experience.
-   Coordinate the weekly closing ceremony and distribution of certificates or participant gifts.
-   Act as the main operational point of contact for the Summer Sports Camp during operating hours.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, sports or recreational facilities.
-   Studies in Physical Education, Sports Management, Recreation, Hospitality or a related field will be considered an advantage.
-   Experience working with children and/or sports programs.
-   Good knowledge of sports rules, equipment and playing techniques.
-   Very good command of written and spoken English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and participants.
-   Strong sense of responsibility for child safety and supervision.
-   Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a professional and energetic approach.
-   Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
