We are looking for a **Lifeguard, Beach** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, associates and visitors, upholding Costa Navarino’s high standards of safety, security and service.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Ensure the safety of guests and team members by responding promptly and appropriately to incidents.
-   Supervise beach activities and monitor water conditions to prevent accidents and protect guest safety.
-   Provide immediate first aid and emergency care until emergency services arrive.
-   Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and resort teams, including via telephone and radio.
-   Enforce beach safety regulations, advise guests on unsafe activities and participate in safety drills.
-   Ensure the beachfront area is opened, closed and secured properly, and that rescue equipment is fully operational.
-   Follow all health and safety procedures, company policies and Brand Standards, and attend required training sessions.

## Requirements

-   Valid Professional Coast/Beach Lifeguard License certified by the Hellenic Coast Guard.
-   Valid First Aid and Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification.
-   Fluency in Greek, as required by Greek legislation, and a moderate command of English.
-   At least 2 seasons of relevant experience in beachfront or open-water environments.
-   Knowledge of lifesaving equipment, accident prevention and emergency response procedures.
-   Ability to remain calm under pressure, identify hazards and manage difficult situations.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-   Physical fitness to meet the required lifeguard assessments.
