We are looking for a **Floor Attendant** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Housekeeping team and ensure the smooth daily operation of the department. The role works closely with Room Attendants and supports key housekeeping tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

### Responsibilities

-   Support Room Attendants with daily room preparation.
-   Deliver linen, towels, amenities and supplies to rooms and public areas.
-   Collect used linen and transport it to the Laundry.
-   Collect and deliver guest laundry items with care.
-   Assist with departure rooms and clean glass surfaces.
-   Replenish Room Attendant trolleys and deliver extra beds, baby cots and other equipment.
-   Keep back-of-house areas, corridors and storage areas clean and organized.
-   Respond to guest requests and deliver additional items when needed.
-   Report maintenance issues, damages or shortages to the supervisor.
-   Follow all hotel hygiene, safety and quality standards.

## Requirements

-   Basic education.
-   Basic knowledge of English.
-   Previous experience in a four- or five-star hotel will be considered an advantage.
-   Basic knowledge of hotel equipment and cleaning machines.
-   Good time management and ability to work effectively with different cultures and nationalities.
-   Reliable and responsible, with a professional and discreet approach when working in guest areas.
-   Valid driving license (Category B)
