We are looking for an **Manager, Restaurant** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will lead the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will also support effective financial and operational management in line with business goals.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead daily restaurant operations across all shifts.
-   Monitor reservations, business levels and outlet availability.
-   Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational priorities.
-   Review menus and wine lists with Culinary and Sommelier teams.
-   Maintain a visible presence during service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
-   Lead recruitment, training, coaching and performance management.
-   Manage rosters, revenue, costs and stock levels while ensuring compliance with Brand Standards, SOPs, Health & Safety and hygiene requirements.

## Requirements

-   Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field is preferred.
-   3–4 years of restaurant management experience in a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems.
-   Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service and guest relations.
-   Good understanding of revenue, labor and cost control.
-   Strong leadership, coaching, planning and delegation skills.
-   Good knowledge of food and wine, with strong selling and upselling skills.
-   Guest-focused approach with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
-   Ability to remain calm and effective during busy periods.
-   Flexibility to work varying shifts according to operational needs.
