We are looking for a **Bell Attendant** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the smooth operation of the Front Office department by welcoming and assisting guests, handling luggage and ensuring high standards of personalized guest service.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage, coats and other belongings in a courteous and proactive manner.
-   Provide attentive and welcoming service, responding promptly to guest needs.
-   Follow all luggage handling procedures during guest check-in and check-out.
-   Maintain good knowledge of the hotel layout, facilities and services to provide accurate guidance.
-   Provide guests with information about the hotel, its facilities, services and location.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
-   Excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
-   Positive and guest-focused attitude.
-   Strong team player with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
-   Valid driving license (Category B)
