We are looking for a **Superintendent, Tennis** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will maintain all clay and hard tennis courts to the highest playing standards, ensuring they are safe, well-presented and ready for an exceptional guest experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Ensure all courts are safe, well-maintained, consistently humid and ready for play before and after each use.
-   Operate and monitor the court irrigation system to maintain optimal playing conditions.
-   Keep maintenance storage areas and rooms clean, organized and tidy.
-   Follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the Head Superintendents.
-   Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
-   Keep courts and surrounding areas clean by removing rubbish and collecting forgotten towels.
-   Check daily and weekly schedules regularly to stay informed of operational changes.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma.
-   1–2 years of practical agricultural experience.
-   Good physical condition and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
-   Ability to work outdoors, often in hot conditions.
-   Good planning and organizational skills.
-   Strong attention to detail, with an understanding of clay composition and moisture levels.
-   First Aid and Health & Safety training will be considered an advantage.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
