We are looking for a **Concierge** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide personalized guest service and support a seamless and memorable stay, while managing guest requests and delivering tailored recommendations in a luxury hospitality environment.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Share knowledge of the local history, traditions, culture and key places to explore.
-   Create memorable and personalized experiences that exceed guest expectations.
-   Recommend and arrange reservations for restaurants, private yacht cruises, golf lessons and other activities.
-   Arrange transportation and other guest requests as required.
-   Provide check-in and check-out assistance when needed.
-   Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism, care and discretion.
-   Follow up on guest arrangements and requests to ensure complete satisfaction and deliver exceptional, authentic service.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a five-star hotel Front Office environment.
-   Excellent command of spoken and written Greek and English.
-   Strong guest service and communication skills, with a professional and positive approach.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
-   Good knowledge of Opera PMS and computer systems.
-   Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion.
-   Strong team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
