We are looking for a **Coach, Tennis** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will develop expertise in the Mouratoglou coaching methodology and philosophy.

### Responsibilities

-   Arrive 15 minutes before each lesson and be ready on court with all equipment 5 minutes before the start. Ensure all materials, including targets and cones, are set up in advance to avoid downtime during lessons.

-   Follow the established lesson structure and court organization procedures to maintain high-intensity sessions.
-   Deliver engaging, high-quality coaching sessions for adults and children of all skill levels.
-   Remain flexible and assist with other reasonable duties as requested by the Tennis Operations Manager or Head Coach, including collecting loose balls and keeping the MTC area clean and tidy.
-   Assist in organizing and hosting social events, engaging with guests and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
-   Consistently follow the Mouratoglou baseline training structure and coaching philosophy.

## Requirements

-   PTR, ATP, TEFAA, ITF or another internationally recognized tennis coaching certification.

-   At least 3 years of coaching experience, with the ability to coach players of all levels.
-   Strong tennis playing skills.
-   Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Excellent teaching and communication skills.
-   Professional appearance and attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
-   Ability to maintain full focus on players during lessons, using a wristwatch to manage session timing and keeping mobile phones out of sight.
-   Commitment to maintaining clean, organized courts and leaving each court in better condition than upon arrival.
