We are looking for an **Agent, Spa Reception** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide courteous and efficient service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure. You will manage spa appointments accurately, including bookings, changes and cancellations, while ensuring guest satisfaction across all spa services in line with Costa Navarino standards.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience, ensuring professional and personalized service.
-   Manage spa reservations, changes and cancellations accurately, confirming appointments and communicating relevant spa policies.
-   Process spa and retail billing accurately and report any discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
-   Provide detailed information and recommendations regarding spa treatments, packages, products, promotions and facilities.
-   Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, professionally and with discretion, ensuring guest confidentiality.
-   Promote and sell spa treatments and retail products using appropriate suggestive selling techniques.
-   Maintain the Spa Reception, lobby and retail areas clean, organized and presentable while supporting opening and closing procedures.
-   Support smooth daily spa operations through effective communication with colleagues and other departments, while maintaining service, safety and operational standards.

## Requirements

-   College Degree will be considered an advantage.
-   Minimum 1 year of experience in a resort environment and/or wellness-related field.
-   Experience in beauty/body treatments, retail sales or stock control will be considered an advantage.
-   Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database programs.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to multitask and respond effectively to guest and operational needs.
-   Flexibility, adaptability, professionalism and strong team spirit.
