We are looking for an **Waiter/Waitress, Bar** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide attentive beverage and light food service while maintaining strong product knowledge and supporting a smooth and organized bar operation. You will create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare mise en place and service areas according to daily operational needs and Brand Standards.
-   Maintain strong knowledge of beverages, snacks, ingredients and recipes, providing accurate recommendations.
-   Welcome guests, take orders and provide timely and attentive food and beverage service.
-   Apply selling and upselling techniques based on guest preferences.
-   Communicate allergies, dietary requirements and special requests clearly to the relevant colleagues.
-   Handle billing and payment procedures accurately while maintaining clean, organized and well-stocked service areas.
-   Support the team during busy periods and follow opening, closing, responsible alcohol service, company policies and Health & Safety procedures.

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma
-   Previous experience in bar or restaurant service.
-   Good knowledge of beverages and basic cocktail recipes.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-   Strong guest service, selling and upselling skills with a guest-focused approach.
-   Good knowledge of POS systems.
-   Strong teamwork skills with the ability to remain calm and accurate during busy service periods.
-   Attention to detail, commitment to quality and flexibility to work varying shifts.
