We are looking for a **Floor Attendant** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will be an important part of our Housekeeping team, helping us maintain the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service that define the guest experience at Costa Navarino. Working closely with the Housekeeping team, you will support the smooth daily operation of our floors and guest areas, ensuring that rooms, linen and equipment are well organized and that guest requests are handled efficiently and with care.

### Responsibilities

-   Handle and transport clean and soiled linen safely and according to departmental procedures.
-   Assist with the transportation and set-up of equipment, furniture and extra beds as required.
-   Support special cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas, including window cleaning, curtain changes and periodic cleaning activities.
-   Manage the collection, tracking and delivery of guest garments in line with our service standards.
-   Support VIP arrivals, room moves, extra beds and special guest requests.
-   Keep linen rooms, pantries and storage areas clean, organized and well stocked.
-   Receive and check deliveries of housekeeping supplies.
-   Report any maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns to the appropriate team.
-   Follow all health & safety guidelines, company policies and service standards.
-   Participate in the training and development opportunities provided by the company.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
-   Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping operations.
-   Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and cleaning machinery is a plus.
-   Basic knowledge of English.
-   Good organisational and time-management skills.
-   A positive, proactive and guest-focused attitude.
-   Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and multicultural team.
-   Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
-   Reliability, teamwork and attention to detail.
-   Valid driving license (Category B)
