We are looking for an **Assistant, Butler** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Butler team in creating memorable stays for Ionian Exclusive guests through attentive and personalized service. You will anticipate and respond to guest needs with discretion and professionalism, contributing to a seamless and exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Prepare suites and villas before guest arrival and fulfil all pre-arrival requests and preferences.
-   Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, courteously and discreetly.
-   Deliver daily amenities and provide Food & Beverage service in suites and villas.
-   Assist with departure arrangements, packing and unpacking of guest belongings.
-   Maintain good knowledge of menus, Resort facilities and activities, and assist with Resort transfers.
-   Communicate guest requests accurately and promptly to the relevant departments.
-   Follow all etiquette protocols, Health & Safety rules, Hotel Policies, SOPs and Brand Standards, and attend required training.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
-   Fluent in spoken and written Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Excellent communication, telephone and guest service skills.
-   Good knowledge of food products, standard recipes and food preparation.
-   Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
-   Warm, persuasive and empathetic approach, with the ability to handle challenging situations and work under pressure.
-   Good knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
