You'll own the complete implementation experience — from in-depth discovery through project execution, training, go-live, and adoption — while working with minimal supervision and significant autonomy. This role reports to the Manager, Implementation Services, and collaborates across Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams. This role will play a key part in mentoring peers and serve as a thought leader in implementation methodology and process improvement. This role is well-suited for someone with advanced project management expertise, strong strategic thinking, and a track record of leading complex initiatives while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. This position offers a competitive **base salary ranging from $90,000-$100,000**, depending on experience and qualifications.
