In addition to hands-on full-stack development, you will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities to push the boundaries of insurance technology. You will be responsible for guiding architectural decisions, shaping development standards, and fostering innovation across the platform, with a strong focus on scalable software design, team performance, and continuous delivery.
