## Requirements

**Should I apply?**

Yes, if you have an eye for detail and a passion for UI/UX. We believe we are a great match.

-   5+ years of experience working in UX/UI design.
-   Proven Mobile experience (Native iOS/Android).
-   Experience in interaction design and prototyping new interfaces.
-   Strong illustration skills with attention to detail, balancing beauty, accessibility, innovation and usability.
-   Proficient with common design and illustration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, Principle, Sketch, or Zeplin.
-   Ability to determine best design solutions based on customer feedback and business goals, identifying challenges and adapting as needed.
-   Experience designing for diverse audiences, including international users and multi-language localizations
-   A collaborative mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to translate complex insights into clear, intuitive user flows.
-   Fluent in English and Portuguese — written and spoken — as you'll work with both daily.
