**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Content Creation: Research, write, and self-edit 3-5 blog posts per week that are engaging, actionable, and optimized for SEO.
-   Content Strategy: Develop content that resonates with target audiences, drives interactions, and aligns with business objectives.
-   Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor research to ensure our content effectively positions our offerings.
-   Design Collaboration: Work with the design team to help them create visually appealing elements for blogs, web communication, banner ads, and digital marketing collateral.
-   Process Improvement: Document processes and utilize project management tools to enhance team efficiency.
-   SEO Optimization: Ensure all content follows established SEO guidelines to improve search engine rankings.
-   Editorial Calendar Management: Keep the editorial calendar updated, ensuring timely content publication.
-   Peer Editing: Act as a peer editor for colleagues when needed, maintaining high-quality standards.

## Requirements
