This role is an opportunity to shape ERP solutions that connect business goals with effective technology design. You will work closely with stakeholders to help define the right architectural approach, guide implementation decisions, and support solutions that improve how organizations operate across multiple business functions.

### Responsibilities

-   Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
-   Design ERP architecture, system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows.
-   Develop solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
-   Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
-   Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
-   Define integration strategies with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, EDI, and messaging services.
-   Design secure, scalable, and high-availability ERP environments.
-   Conduct solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical risk assessments.
-   Lead data migration strategy, ETL processes, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
-   Ensure ERP solutions follow enterprise architecture standards and security best practices.
-   Provide technical leadership during discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client presentations.
-   Mentor development teams and ERP consultants on architecture and implementation best practices.
-   Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
-   Support post-go-live optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Educational background in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
-   6+ years of experience designing and implementing ERP solutions across multiple business functions.
-   Strong experience with ERP integrations, data mapping, and process optimization in ERP environments.
-   Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture decisions.
-   Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.
-   Experience in ERP data engineering.
-   Hands-on experience with ERP implementation methodologies and cross-functional stakeholder management.
