### **Your Role & Team**

We’ve got an exciting new position to join our product team as **Group Product Manager** to own a new **AI-powered** product domain, drive innovation, and leading a team of Product Managers to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. This role defines and executes the vision for AI-driven products, translating advances in data, machine learning and generative/ agentic AI into scalable, commercially viable customer solutions.

You will shape the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and long-term platform strategy, while driving end-to-end execution across the AI product lifecycle.

You'll report directly to the **GM, Product** in this role**.**

Please note, it's a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our **Sydney CBD Office**.

_**Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:**_

**AI Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap** 

-   Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a suite of products within a critical product domain – with a strong focus on building new AI products. 

-   Translate market, customer and business insights into clear product direction and prioritised initiatives 

-   Ensure product decisions balance customer value, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes 

**Leadership & Team Development** 

-   Lead, mentor and develop a team of AI Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership and customer‑centricity 

-   Provide clear direction, coaching and support to enable high‑quality product discovery and delivery 

-   Build strong product management practices, ways of working and continuous improvement across the team 

 **AI Product Delivery & Execution** 

-   Lead delivery teams to execute against the roadmap, driving prioritisation, removing blockers and ensuring timely releases 

-   Maintain strong oversight of day‑to‑day product delivery, ensuring outcomes are met and value is realised 

-   Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality, scalable and maintainable product solutions 

 **Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence** 

-   Collaborate cross functionally to align product initiatives with broader business goals 

-   Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, data backed recommendations and well‑articulated business cases 

-   Ensure shared understanding of product goals, progress and trade‑offs across teams 

 **Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement** 

-   Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, measure success and optimise outcomes 

-   Synthesise customer feedback, market trends and performance data into actionable insights 

-   Drive continuous improvement across product processes, rituals and team capability 

### **Our ideal candidate**

-   Demonstrated experience owning and scaling AI/ML-powered products, including generative AI, predictive models or decisioning systems 

-   Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g. model lifecycle, training data, evaluation metrics, limitations and risks) and how to translate them into customer value 

-   Proven track record defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for technology or SaaS platforms with embedded AI capabilities 

-   Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in complex, cross-functional environments 

-   Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate deeply with Engineering and Data Science teams 

-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and align teams 

-   Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data‑driven insights and clear business cases 

-   Results‑driven mindset, balancing user value with pragmatic commercial outcomes 

-   Strong delivery leadership capability, including prioritisation, dependency management and release execution 

-   Demonstrated ability to take market and customer insights, to design and scale AI-enabled user experiences, automation, recommendations and human-in-the-loop workflows. 

-   Continuous improvement mindset across product practices, team development and personal growth 

-   Strong analytical capability and passion for using data to drive engagement, adoption and conversion
