**YOUR ROLE:**

**SENIOR QA SPECIALIST**

The Senior QA Specialist is a key contributor to the quality assurance strategy and execution across product and development initiatives. This role is focused on establishing scalable, standards-driven QA processes, selecting fit-for-purpose tools, ensuring compliance with data-related policies, and mentoring stakeholders involved in quality reviews. The role offers a pathway to a team leadership position.

## Requirements

-   Demonstrated experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Tester or in a comparable position.
-   Strong hands-on experience testing native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
-   Expertise in mobile automation and framework design.
-   Proven experience setting up QA processes, tools, or automation frameworks from scratch.
-   Solid hands-on experience with load and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, k6, or similar).
-   Practical experience testing card payments, including end-to-end payment flows and error handling.
-   Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
-   Experience with mentoring junior specialists.
-   Nice to have: Background in fintech, payments, or high-scale consumer applications.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

-   Evaluate, select, and introduce QA tools for mobile testing, automation, and reporting.
-   Set up and maintain mobile automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
-   Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for iOS and Android applications.
-   Perform manual and automated testing of mobile apps across multiple devices and OS versions.
-   Execute and analyze load and performance tests for mobile backends and critical user flows.
-   Supporting, advising and mentoring other stakeholders (PM, Growth leads, Ops leads) that are taking part of product reviews in QA processes.
-   Make sure that all our developments stay compliant and aligned with our Data Quality and Data Security Policies.
-   Mentor other junior QA Specialists with an option to become a Team lead in the future.
