**We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with strong WordPress experience to join our engineering team.**

The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can build, maintain, and optimize high-quality, responsive websites. You should be comfortable working independently, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, maintain, and improve WordPress-based websites and landing pages.
-   Build and customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
-   Build and maintain pages using Elementor, including creating custom widgets and extending its functionality where needed
-   Implement responsive designs based on Figma or other design specifications.
-   Optimize website performance, SEO, security, and user experience.
-   Integrate third-party APIs, analytics, CRM, and marketing tools.
-   Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website stability.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
-   Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of professional web development experience.
-   Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
-   Solid knowledge of **PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.**
-   Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
-   Experience with WordPress REST API and third-party integrations.
-   Understanding of website performance optimization, technical SEO, and web security.
-   Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
-   Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions.
-   Good communication skills and English proficiency.
-   Product-oriented thinking with a focus on business impact

### Nice to Have

-   Familiarity with React, Gutenberg blocks, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
-   Experience with Elementor (Pro), including custom widget development and theme builder templates.
-   Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, or other cloud infrastructure.
-   Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
-   Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing integrations.
-   Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
