## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead end-to-end marketing efforts for our AI customer service tool tailored for Shopify. As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

**Job Responsibilities**

-   Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our AI customer service tool to Shopify store owners.
-   Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
-   Manage the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events.
-   Create compelling and innovative marketing collateral, including website content, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
-   Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
-   Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
-   Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce industry.
-   Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and marketing copy.
-   Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
-   Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and lead generation tools.
-   Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
-   Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

**Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
