We are looking for a **motivated and experienced Business Development Manager** with a strong background in **real estate sales and business development**. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, hands-on experience managing **Market Requirement Forms (MRF)** and **Sales Requirement Forms (SRF)**, and a proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector.
-   Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of **MRFs** and **SRFs**.
-   Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients.
-   Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities.
-   Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients.
-   Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently.
-   Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a **Business Development Manager** in the **real estate industry**.
-   Strong understanding of **MRF** and **SRF** documentation and processes.
-   Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent).
-   Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in **B2B** and **B2C** environments.
-   Comfortable with **cold calling** and virtual client presentations.
-   Proficient in **CRM systems**, **lead generation**, and **LinkedIn outreach**.
-   Knowledge of **social media marketing** and **online advertising strategies**.
-   Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
