We are looking for a recruiter with a knack for finding the best and brightest professionals. We are looking for an energetic and innovative hire who will be part of our company.

  
**Job Responsibilities  
**

-   Build a network of applicant talent pool through online job portals and other online sourcing channels
-   Review and vet candidate test task submissions and conduct initial interviews
-   Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs
-   Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications provided by our client partner
-   Provide company and job information by answering queries from applicants via email, social media, and chat tools
-   Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing the applicant’s responses; verifying candidate’s background by contacting references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

## Requirements

-   Impeccable English skills
-   Knowledge of remote communication and technology systems
-   Must be energetic, extremely organized, and DEPENDABLE. If you're looking for a short-term role, this job isn't for you
-   Tech-savvy and willing to learn more software and tools
-   Driven: no one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are

  

**System Requirements**  

-   At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
-   A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
-   Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
-   A webcam
-   Noise-canceling USB Headset
-   Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
-   Smartphone
