## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accounting Specialist** to support day-to-day financial operations. This role will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations, reviewing documentation, and supporting reporting activities.

The ideal candidate has experience working with **high-volume financial transactions and detailed supporting documentation**. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are essential.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Process and review financial transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation.
-   Reconcile operational and accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
-   Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting and month-end close.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to verify transaction details and documentation.
-   Manage multiple transactions, accounts, and deadlines with accuracy.

## Requirements

-   **1–3 years of experience** in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
-   Experience processing, reviewing, and reconciling high-volume financial transactions.
-   Familiarity with accounting software and business management systems; experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms is preferred.
-   Strong **Excel** skills and comfort working with financial data.
-   High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information independently.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
