This role is responsible for identifying qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and supporting recruiters in delivering quality candidates efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in talent acquisition and sourcing. **What you’ll do:** **Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development** - Source candidates for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual positions using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for language-specific hiring needs, and other bilingual talent pools. - Conduct candidate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. - Identify and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions. - Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities within the ATS. **Healthcare and Offshore Talent Acquisition Support** - Support sourcing efforts for healthcare-related roles, including healthcare virtual assistants, medical administrative support, medical billing, medical coding, patient coordination, and other healthcare operations positions. - Source offshore talent across customer support, executive assistance, sales, marketing, operations, technology, and healthcare services. - Assist in building talent communities and candidate pools for recurring hiring needs. - Stay informed about talent market trends and hiring challenges within healthcare and remote workforce industries. **Candidate Screening and Qualification** - Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate pre-screening activities. - Assess candidates against job requirements and hiring criteria. - Gather and document candidate information for recruiter review. - Ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications before endorsement. - Experience working in staffing, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, remote staffing, BPO, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred. - Exposure to healthcare recruitment, offshore hiring, or U.S.-based recruitment is an advantage. - Strong interest in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and market research. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Experience working with high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments. - Experience sourcing bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-English talent, is a plus. -
