## Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in healthcare sales, particularly in engaging with medical professionals such as doctors, podiatrists, and weight loss clinics. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads by setting appointments, enriching lead data using specialized tools, and following up with healthcare providers.

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   **Lead Generation:** Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers.
-   **Appointment Setting:** Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
-   **Data Enrichment:** Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
-   **Healthcare Sales Expertise:** Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals.
-   **Follow-Up & Rescheduling:** Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
-   **Collaboration:** Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
-   **Inbound & Outbound calling:** Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
-   Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.
-   Familiarity with CRMs to track leads and outreach activities.
-   Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with healthcare providers.
-   Strong time management and self-motivation.
-   Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools.
-   Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, and weight loss clinics).
-   Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field.

**Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
