## Description

We're looking for a highly organized and confident **Appointment Setter** to be the first point of contact for prospective homeowners. You'll engage with new leads, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team while maintaining accurate records in **Zoho CRM/Zoho One**.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong phone skills, excellent follow-up habits, and **hands-on experience using Zoho CRM or Zoho One** in a customer-facing or sales support role.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
-   Answer inbound calls from homeowners requesting estimates or information.
-   Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
-   Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, and CRM workflows.
-   Confirm upcoming appointments and minimize no-shows.
-   Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and lead statuses in **Zoho CRM/Zoho One**.
-   Coordinate with the sales team regarding appointment schedules and lead updates.
-   Ensure all interactions are documented promptly and accurately.
-   Assist with occasional recruiting outreach or scheduling support when needed.

## Requirements

### Required

-   At least **2 years of experience** in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or a similar phone-based role.
-   **Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM and/or Zoho One** (required).
-   Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
-   Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-   Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track.
-   Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
-   Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.

### Preferred

-   Experience supporting a home services, construction, roofing, HVAC, restoration, or similar business.
-   Previous experience in a call center or outbound sales environment.
-   Familiarity with SMS follow-up and lead nurturing processes.

**Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

-   **Internet Connection:**

-   Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
-   Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
-   Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
