**Job Responsibilities**

-   _**Social Media Management:**_ Format, post, and monitor social media content across platforms. Track engagement and recommend improvements.
-   _**Email Marketing:**_ Set up, format, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
-   _**Content Creation:**_ Create visuals for social media, blogs, and other marketing purposes using tools like Canva.
-   _**Blog & Website Management:**_ Manage blog post formatting and scheduling through WordPress, ensuring content is SEO-optimized.
-   _**Video & Podcast Coordination:**_ Manage YouTube video uploads and weekly podcast marketing, including descriptions, social copy, images, and platform publishing.
-   _**AI Tools & Innovation:**_ Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and streamline marketing efforts.
-   _**Guest & Prospect Research:**_ Research potential podcast guests and prospects, using defined criteria to expand our network.
-   _**Marketing Effectiveness:**_ Track and analyze marketing performance, suggesting new strategies or tactics for growth and improvement.

## Requirements

-   Experience in coordinating and managing effective B2B marketing strategies.
-   Familiarity with driving organic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
-   Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, ConvertKit, Captivate, Castmagic, or similar.
-   Basic graphic design skills.
-   Strong writing and communication abilities.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
