## Requirements

**Role Summary**

We are looking for a remote Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage hiring for US-based positions across a variety of industries. You will partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements, attract and assess candidates, and guide them through each stage of the hiring process.

This role suits a recruiter who is comfortable owning requisitions from start to finish, working independently in a remote environment, and delivering a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring criteria

• Write and post clear job descriptions and advertisements

• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach

• Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the process

• Present qualified candidates and provide shortlists with clear recommendations

• Support offer negotiation, closing, and pre-hire follow-up

• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the applicant tracking system

• Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the employer professionally

• Follow US hiring practices and equal employment opportunity standards

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment

• Experience recruiting for US-based roles

• Experience hiring across different industries and role types

• Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels

• Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong organization and time management with the ability to manage multiple requisitions

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

• Working knowledge of US employment and hiring compliance (preferred)

• Experience in agency or staffing recruitment (preferred)
