About the Role 

We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our Customer Solutions team. eager to grow their technical skills and work on real-world projects in a collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities 

-   Development and maintenance of software applications  

-   Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code  

-   Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams  

-   Participate in code reviews and debugging processes  

-   Support frontend development tasks using JavaScript, HTML, and basic frameworks  

-   Contribute to backend development using Java and object-oriented principles  

-   Learn and apply best practices in software development

## Requirements

-   1 year of hands-on experience in software development  

-   Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML)  

-   Strong understanding of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)  

-   Familiarity with development tools and version control (e.g., Git)  

-   Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail  

-   Good communication skills and ability to work in a team  

Nice to Have 

-   Experience with CSS or frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)  

-   Exposure to backend frameworks or APIs  

-   Understanding of software development lifecycle
