## Description

Tasks:

\- Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).

\- Support customers with travel difficulties.

\- Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data

\- Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services

contributing to the success of our client.

\- Dealing with cancellations and refunds

## Requirements

Requirements:

\- Dutch C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written)

\- Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)

\- Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues

\- Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is

an advantage
