## Description

We are looking for Operational Collections Specialists with **native Greek** and **English** language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

_**Your responsibilities will include:**_

-   Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
-   Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
-   Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
-   Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
-   Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

## Requirements

**_About you:_**

-   Able to work full time;
-   Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
-   Experience with MS Office package;
-   Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage);
-   Work experience in debt collections (would be an advantage);
-   Additional language skills (would be an advantage);
-   Quick learner and good problem solver;
-   Attention to details and tech-savvy.
