### What You'll Do

As a **Customer Advisor**, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences every day.

✔ Assist customers via inbound calls and inquiries  
✔ Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support  
✔ Resolve customer issues efficiently while demonstrating empathy and care  
✔ Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in internal systems  
✔ Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools, training, and resources  
✔ Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations based on their needs  
✔ Contribute to a high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of world-renowned brands

## Requirements

-   **Citizen UE or Work Permit Portugal;**
-   Fluency in French (C1/C2 Level or Native);
-   Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
-   Be living in Lisbon area
-   Typing Speed: 25 words per minute.
-   Availability to work in rotating shifts
-   Good computer skills;
-   Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
-   Excellent communication skills;
-   Good listening and empathy skills;
-   Good time management skills;
-   Team spirit and flexibility.
