We are seeking a motivated and results-driven German Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a German Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base in the German-speaking market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Prospect and Generate Leads:** Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market through research, networking, and cold calling.
-   **Sales Presentations and Demos:** Conduct compelling software presentations and product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
-   **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-   **Sales Pipeline Management:** Manage and track all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
-   **Negotiation and Closing:** Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-   **Market Feedback:** Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to the product development and marketing teams.
-   **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
-   **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
-   **Experience:** Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B software sales or a related field.
-   **Sales Skills:** Strong understanding of the sales process, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
-   **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to various audience levels.
