We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused **Amazon Christmas Casual Promoters** to represent one of the world's leading tech brands during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year!

-   **Thursday to Sunday with 4-hour rostered day shifts**
-   **Training starts:** 23 November 2026
-   **In-Store Campaign runs:** from 26 November 2026 through to Christmas week
-   **Employment Type:** Casual, temporary contract
-   **Location: JB Hi-Fi** – Ringwood, VIC
-   Completive Casual rate - **$34.76 + Super + weekend penalty rates**

**What You'll Be Doing**

As an Amazon Christmas Promoter, you'll be the face of the brand in-store, helping customers discover some of Amazon's most popular products, including:

-   Kindle
-   Fire TV Stick
-   Echo Smart Home Device

You’ll deliver product demonstrations, create positive customer experiences, support product sales and build strong relationships with customers and the JB Hi-Fi team

**Your responsibilities will include:**

-   Delivering engaging and interactive product demonstrations
-   Creating memorable customer experiences and driving product sales
-   Building strong relationships with customers and JB Hi-Fi team members
-   Representing the Amazon brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
-   Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge support

## Requirements

**What you’ll need**

·        Previous retail sales, customer service or promotional experience

·        A genuine interest in consumer technology

·        Confident communication and strong people skills

·        Comfort using technology for reporting and uploading photos

·        Energy, attention to detail and a positive attitude

·        Must be able to travel to Melbourne for Training from Monday 23rd to Wed 25thof NOV **(this is mandatory)**
