## Description

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Branch Allocator to join our Service team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient coordination of field service operations through effective call allocation, system maintenance, and responsive communication.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Allocate service calls to Field Service Technicians in line with branch KPIs.
-   Respond to communications from technicians promptly and effectively.
-   Log customer breakdown requests received from Service Technicians, as well as external and internal customers.
-   Schedule PMP requests from external and internal customers and allocate PMP calls in line with the branch procedures.
-   Maintain Field Service Technician details, customer details, and all other related system information as required ensuring that they are all up to date.
-   Monitor and manage the service bookings inbox ensuring all emails are responded to within required timeframes.

**Skills and Experience**

-   Relevant industry experience is desirable.
-   Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
-   Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
-   Demonstrated ability to operate as an effective team member.
-   High-level organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
-   Advanced computing skills
