# National and International Account Fleet Support

## Description

About the Role

 Reporting to the National & International Account Fleet Support Manager, this role supports the delivery and growth of Crown’s National and International Accounts at a local/state level.

You will act as the primary after-sales contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day relationships, supporting service performance, and working closely with National/International Account Managers to deliver strong customer outcomes.

This is a hands-on, operational role requiring limited travel & strong collaboration with Branch, Service, and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities** 

Customer Relationship Management

·       Manage assigned accounts at a local level as primary contact

·       Conduct regular site visits, call cycles, and stakeholder engagement

·       Support Account Managers in retaining and growing key customers

·       Coordinate meetings and track actions

Reporting & Insights

·       Deliver monthly KPI reporting and support Quarterly Business Reviews

·       Maintain fleet registers and utilisation tracking

·       Monitor damage/abuse costs and provide actionable insights

Operational & Sales Support

·       Conduct site surveys and support equipment recommendations

·       Manage pre-delivery inspections, installations, and commissioning

·       Deliver operator inductions and product demonstrations

Rental & Service Coordination

·       Manage short-term rental requirements and internal coordination

·       Support delivery timelines, installations, and site setup

·       Collaborate with Service teams to ensure consistent service outcomes

·       Escalate and resolve service issues in a timely manner

## Requirements

·       Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills

·       Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

·       Solid analytical and reporting capability

·       Customer-focused and solutions-driven

·       Experience in service, operations, or technical environments preferred

·       Advanced Microsoft Office skills

·       Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
