## Description

**Freeway Trailer Parts & Service / California Collision & Fleet Services** is expanding our RV and trailer service operation in Escondido.

We are looking for an **experienced RV and trailer technician** who can diagnose, repair, service, and install components on RVs, travel trailers, fifth wheels, utility trailers, and commercial trailers.

This is **not an entry-level position**. We are looking for someone with real hands-on RV or trailer experience who can work independently, properly diagnose customer concerns, and complete repairs efficiently.

Our facility includes a retail RV/trailer parts store, service department, commercial/fleet operation, and collision facility. We are investing heavily in the location and looking for experienced people who want to grow with us.

## Requirements

-   **Professional RV or trailer repair experience required**
-   Strong electrical diagnostic skills
-   Ability to read wiring diagrams and service information
-   Experience with trailer brakes, bearings, suspension and axles
-   Experience diagnosing RV appliances and systems
-   Ability to work independently
-   Valid driver's license
-   Own basic hand tools
-   Ability to safely move and work around RVs and trailers
-   Good communication and documentation skills
-   Strong attention to workmanship and detail
