## Description

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Working directly with the Controller to support daily accounting operations
-   Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
-   Performing bookkeeping and account reconciliations
-   Maintaining organized financial records and processes
-   Communicating with customers and vendors regarding financial matters
-   Supporting the adoption and learning of internal accounting systems

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-   Authorized to work in the United States

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Entry-level profile suitable for a Staff Accountant role
-   Experience performing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks
-   Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations
-   Experience supporting month-end close activities
-   Experience with invoicing, billing, and collections
-   Experience preparing or filing sales tax
-   Experience communicating with customers and vendors in a finance or accounting context
-   Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
